Materials We Cut

From standard engineering plastics to high-performance technical laminates — we stock and cut over 50 materials.

Thermoplastic

PMMA / Acrylic

Excellent optical clarity, UV resistance. Ideal for displays, signage and lighting.

Thermoplastic

Polycarbonate (PC)

High impact strength, optical clarity. Perfect for protective guards and enclosures.

Thermoplastic

POM / Delrin

High stiffness, low friction, excellent dimensional stability. Ideal for precision mechanical parts.

Thermoplastic

PE-UHMW / PE-HD

Exceptional wear resistance and low friction. Ideal for sliding guides, liners and wear parts.

Thermoplastic

PA6 / PA66 (Nylon)

Good mechanical strength, self-lubricating. Widely used for gears, bushings and structural parts.

Thermoplastic

PVC

Chemical resistant, rigid or flexible. Used in chemical industry, construction and electrical applications.

Thermoplastic

PTFE (Teflon)

Lowest friction coefficient, extreme chemical resistance and high temperature tolerance up to 260°C.

High Performance

PEEK

Highest performance thermoplastic. Excellent mechanical strength at temperatures up to 250°C. Aerospace and medical grade.

Technical Laminate

G10 / FR4

Glass-epoxy laminate. Excellent electrical insulation and mechanical strength. Standard for PCB and electrical components.

Technical Laminate

G11 (EPGC 308)

High-temperature glass-epoxy laminate. Retains properties at elevated temperatures. Ideal for transformers and switchgear.

Technical Laminate

Pertinax (Phenolic Paper)

Paper-based phenolic laminate. Good electrical insulation, easy to machine. Cost-effective for electrical panels.

Technical Laminate

Textolite (Phenolic Cotton)

Cotton fabric reinforced phenolic laminate. Higher mechanical strength than Pertinax. Good for structural insulation parts.

Technical Laminate

Mica Sheet (Mikanit)

Natural mica-based insulation sheet. Exceptional heat resistance up to 900°C. Used in furnaces, heaters and high-voltage equipment.

Thermoplastic

POM-ESD / PA-ESD

Electrostatic dissipative grades for sensitive electronics environments. Prevents static discharge damage.

Foam & Rubber

PE Foam / PU Foam

Lightweight closed-cell foam for packaging, insulation and cushioning applications. Waterjet cut to any shape.

Foam & Rubber

EPDM / Silicone Rubber

Weather and ozone resistant rubber sheets. Waterjet cut for gaskets, seals and vibration dampening.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from engineers and procurement managers about our precision cutting services.

What materials can waterjet cutting process?

Waterjet cutting can process materials up to 200 mm thick without creating a heat-affected zone (HAZ). It is ideal for engineering plastics (PMMA, PC, POM, PTFE, PEEK), technical laminates (G10, FR4, Pertinax), metals, stone and composites. Because it uses only water and abrasive, there is no thermal distortion or material hardening.

What is the cutting tolerance for CNC routing and waterjet?

Our standard cutting tolerance is ±0.1 mm for both waterjet and CNC routing. This precision is maintained consistently across all materials and part sizes, making our services suitable for precision mechanical components, electrical insulation parts and structural elements.

Do you deliver cut parts to France and North Africa?

Yes. We deliver custom cut parts across Southern Europe and North Africa, including France, Belgium, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your cut parts, regardless of quantity.

What file formats do you accept for cutting?

We accept DXF, DWG, STEP, STP, PDF, and common image formats (JPG, PNG) for cutting requests. For complex 3D parts, STEP files are preferred. If you only have a sketch or dimensions, our team can prepare the cutting file for you — just describe your requirements in the quote form.

What is the difference between waterjet and CNC routing?

Waterjet cutting uses ultra-high pressure water mixed with abrasive to cut through materials without heat, making it ideal for heat-sensitive materials and thick cross-sections up to 200 mm. CNC routing uses a rotating cutting tool and is better suited for 3D shapes, pockets, engravings and complex profiles in plastics and soft metals. Both achieve ±0.1 mm tolerance.
